I pray your spirit man is illuminated as you go through IJN, Amen.

There was a certain man who was lame from his mother's womb and as a result of his disability, he usually begs for alms. But on a particular day, he had an encounter with two young men from whom he was expecting to receive alms as he does from everyone but to his surprise, one of this men said to him "silver or gold I do not have", however there is something they have that  is able to change his status and makes him walk. This really got me thinking that as precious and valuable gold and silver are, there is something more precious than them that can provide a lasting solution that gold and silver cannot provide. 

Dear mature reader, what do you have? Are the most precious and valuable things in your life gold and silver?

No matter how rich or generous a man is, if this one thing is lacking, the riches are nothing but useless . Possessing gold and silver is not a sin, infact it is possible for one to be rich and as well be Godly and holy, examples include Job (Job1:1&3), Abraham (Gen 24:35). 

That you are a believer doesn't mean you are automatically poor, infact you are the richest because you have in you the hidden treasures of the darkness but seek ye first his kingdom.

As much as building houses or having cars and lot more is an achievement, if Jesus Christ is outside the equation, there can never be fulfillment.

This is to let you know that you don't have it all as a result of the riches you possessed, you only have it all when you have Jesus. It is only when a man have Jesus that he has everything, this is simply because all things were made by him including silver and gold (John 1:3)

Luke 12:15
KJV: And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

Embrace him today if you don't have him, he is ready to accept you and I congratulate you if you already have him in your life.

However, be steadfast and deeply rooted in him, do not let the book of the law depart from your mouth, meditate therein day and night and as well do as it is written in it because it is then that he will make you prosperous.

You are not the richest because of the gold and silver you possessed, you becomes the richest with the prince of peace in you.
